2020 Toyota Highlander Features and Release Date
The all-new 2020 Toyota Highlander, which recently made its global debut at the New York International Auto Show, received a pleasing redesign for the new model-year, with a bold new look, sophisticated detailing, improved fuel economy for the hybrid model, and new technology features.
The 2020 Toyota Highlander gas model will be released in December 2019, while the 2020 Toyota Highlander Hybrid will be released in February 2020. Pricing will be announced closer to the launch dates.

Design Features of the 2020 Toyota Highlander

Buyers of the 2020 Highlander have five new exterior color options, including Opulent Amber, Blueprint, Ruby Flare Pearl, Moon Dust, and Magnetic Gray Metallic.
The 2020 Highlander is 2.36 inches longer than the outgoing model, resulting in a larger cargo area. With all of the seats in the upright position, it has a cargo capacity of 16.1 cu-ft. With the third-row seats folded down flat, it has a cargo capacity of 40.6 cu-ft. With both the second-row and third-row seats folded down flat, it has a cargo capacity of 73.3 cu-ft. The 2020 Highlander can seat up to eight passengers.

2020 Toyota Highlander Performance Specs
The 2020 Highlander gas model is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine, which doles out 295 horsepower and 263 lb-ft of torque. The Toyota Hybrid System in the 2020 Highlander Hybrid combines two electric motors with a 2.5-liter DOHC four-cylinder engine, with a total system output of 240 horsepower and an estimated fuel economy of 34 combined mpg.
